01 Agreement and scope
These terms apply to use of Pixelalty’s website and purchase of our website design and listing video services. By placing an order or agreeing to a project scope, you accept these terms and the Refund / Cancellation Policy. A written project scope controls any specifically agreed variation. Required legal rights remain in effect.
02 Services and pricing
Launch is $799 for up to 4 pages; Growth is $1,299 for up to 8 pages; Premium is $1,999 for up to 12 pages. Advanced / Ecommerce starts at $2,999 and must be scoped before payment. Listing Video is $499. Prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes, approved additions, and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Advanced pricing depends on page and product counts, integrations, booking, and custom functionality. The starting payment does not buy every possible advanced feature.
03 Payment and starting work
Secure checkout is processed by Stripe. Pixelalty’s website does not collect raw card numbers. Production begins after the required payment, agreed scope where applicable, and all usable information and materials have been received. Follow the existing post-payment instructions. Do not make an Advanced starting payment before Pixelalty has confirmed its scope.
04 Information and materials you supply
Supply complete, accurate business details, lawful content, access arranged securely, and materials you are entitled to use. You authorize Pixelalty to process and edit those materials solely as needed to provide the commissioned service and related support. You remain responsible for licenses, factual claims, business disclosures, and permission from relevant rights holders. Do not send credentials or sensitive personal information through public contact or review forms.
05 Website scope and external costs
“Up to” a stated page count means that package maximum, not unlimited pages. Major pages or functions added after scope confirmation are additional work. Domain connection and hosting assistance do not include paying registration or recurring fees. Domains, hosting, premium plugins, booking software, payment processing, integrations, premium fonts/assets, licensed photography, and other subscriptions are separate unless included in writing. You are responsible for maintaining your domain, hosting, accounts, renewals, and lawful ongoing operation after delivery unless maintenance is separately agreed.
06 Revisions and changes
Launch includes 1 revision round; Growth 2; Premium up to 3; Listing Video 1. Advanced allowances are stated in its scope. A round is one consolidated batch of requests to refine the agreed design. New functions or pages, changed project objectives, and a complete redesign after approval are not automatically revisions. Additional work or rounds require an agreed price before that work proceeds.
07 Timelines and customer delays
Launch typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, Growth 5–7, and Premium 7–10 after payment and receipt of all required usable materials. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Listing Video and Advanced timelines are confirmed individually. Time awaiting your response, approval, access, or replacement materials does not count toward the production window. We will communicate material delays and agree a practical next step. A paused project is subject to scheduling when it resumes.
08 Review, approval, and digital delivery
Review drafts for accurate content, links, functionality, and required disclosures, and send consolidated feedback. Final delivery is digital, in the format or platform agreed for your project. Approval does not waive rights concerning defects or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. Ongoing edits, maintenance, hosting, backups, security updates, and campaigns require a separate agreement unless included in the written scope.
09 Listing video and photo permissions
Listing Video uses your authorized existing property photography. No on-site shoot is included. You must own the material or have permission for this editing and marketing use from applicable photographers, brokerages, homeowners, MLS providers, or other rights holders. Photos found on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, or Google Images are not automatically free to use. Check listing price, beds, baths, square footage, property claims, agent/brokerage information, and mandatory disclosures. Music is selected for commercially appropriate use; distribution remains subject to the applicable license and agreed channels.
10 Ownership and licenses
After full payment and delivery, you receive the agreed rights to custom deliverables created specifically for your project. Third-party software, assets, fonts, music, open-source components, platform terms, and Pixelalty’s reusable or pre-existing tools remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership. Nothing transfers ownership of third-party software or guarantees exclusive rights in generic components. Any source-file or account handover is as agreed in the scope.
11 Tools, platforms, and integrations
Pixelalty may use AI-assisted tools, development tools, templates, libraries, and third-party software, while remaining responsible for the agreed service. We do not promise that every element is created from scratch. Booking and integration features depend on third-party capabilities, availability, permissions, and subscriptions. Ecommerce may require Shopify or another platform, Stripe or another processor, and apps. You are responsible for your products, fulfillment, taxes, customer policies, and provider accounts. No third-party approval, uninterrupted availability, or future compatibility is guaranteed.
12 SEO and business outcomes
Basic SEO covers appropriate titles, descriptions, structure, and technical basics, not a full ongoing campaign. Google Business Profile assistance does not guarantee verification or acceptance. Pixelalty does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, sales, ad performance, video views or engagement, offers, or a property sale.
13 Reviews and acceptable use
Submit only lawful materials and reviews based on genuine experience. No impersonation, unlawful content, infringement, malicious code, spam, threats, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information is permitted. Pixelalty may pause or decline unlawful projects and request corrected or authorized materials. Genuine positive and negative reviews are welcome. Moderation does not change customer text or star ratings; verification is manual.
14 Cancellation and service problems
Our Refund / Cancellation Policy explains cancellations, duplicate payments, work already begun, unusable materials, and situations where Pixelalty cannot provide the purchased service. Please contact us promptly with your order reference and the issue so we can review it and propose a reasonable resolution. Contacting us does not remove any available payment dispute or legal rights.
15 Responsibility and legal rights
Each party is responsible for its own obligations and reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pixelalty is not responsible for indirect losses or speculative lost revenue arising from external platforms, customer-provided information, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes responsibility that law prohibits excluding, excuses fraud or intentional misconduct, or limits non-waivable statutory rights. These terms do not require you to waive lawful remedies.
16 Changes and contact
Updates apply prospectively and are dated on this page. The terms agreed for an existing order continue to apply unless a lawful change is agreed. Contact Pixelalty through the contact page or the @pixelalty Instagram account about your project or these terms.
